The Temple Beth-El Social Action and Adult Education committee is hosting a free community program on the importance of the upcoming 2020 Census. Presenters include New Mexico state representative Angelica Rubio; Las Cruces City Counselor Yvonne Flores and Karla Walton, Community Engagement Marketing Coordinator for the City of Las Cruces.
